Eddy County Court Records Search Fields

Public Access to Eddy County Court Records
New Mexico public access starts with the rule that public records are generally open unless a specific exception applies. Restricted Eddy County Court Records

A sealed record remains under court control but is hidden from ordinary public inspection; an expungement order limits or removes public access as the order directs.

Direct court contact is the fallback when a case is old, not digitized, sealed in part, missing from Case Lookup, or tied to a court level that public search does not cover well. Eddy County District Court publishes a records, pro se, and non-e-filed filings email. The Magistrate Courts publish separate public emails for Artesia and Carlsbad.
